"Absolutely wonderful! We stopped in on a 4hr road trip. My wife went inside to order our food. The Manager apologized as soon as she reached the counter that she was there with herself and only 2 other employees. I have to say that they did a fabulous job! They all maintained absolute professionalism and to be honest our service was quicker than other Arby's that were fully staffed! Thank you for a great job!!"

"Got breakfast at Arby's since I'd never had their breakfast before. The service was a little slow. We waited at the drive-thru window for a couple of minutes, but I understand workers were busy with in-store customers. I got the ham, egg, and cheese sourdough, and it was pretty good! My family enjoyed the hashbrowns and the blueberry lemonade. It was hard to find a breakfast menu online and on the app, so I took a picture of the menu so others can reference it."

"This has to be the worst Arby’s in northern Kentucky. I ordered two fish sandwiches. Both came without tartar sauce. My wife ordered three chicken tenders as a meal. Her crinkle cut fires were hard and chewy. Definitely not a medium! They also only gave her two chicken tenders! Not to mention the wait in the drive through was 16 minutes for three cars…"
