"Employees were very unpleasant and unprofessional. Wearing hoods up on their heads and talking badly about customers. The restaurant could also use a decent cleaning unless eating with roaches is the goal for Waffle House."

"Let me start off by saying that we loved this place so much we spent 6 and 1/2 hours here... I'm not joking. We were on vacation and our rental car broke down so we literally were stuck at this waffle House but that wasn't a bad thing.... I'm only just beginning. I must say that the service and the food was very good. I've never had a pecan waffle before and it was mighty tasty. Eggs were cooked to perfection, and what you guys do to hash browns is amazing! I want to give a special shout out to the lady who took care of us the majority of the time that we were there. Ava, thank you so much for making us basically feel like family. Thank you for giving my son money to put into the jukebox so that we can play the Amazing Waffle House songs over and over and over... LOL! Thank you to you and your partner in crime actually I can't remember his name I'm sorry but he did a wonderful job too, and a pretty good cook if I might say so myself. Being here for so long we had breakfast and we also had lunch which consisted of Patty melts which were very good. The hospitality that you all showed towards us was amazing. You knew how to take a bad situation and just make it comfortable. We have decided that every May 30th no matter where we are if we're all together or not as we get older will be Waffle Day and no matter where we're at we will have waffles and think of our friends at the Waffle House. I would also like to give a shout out to the amazing man who followed us back to our hotel to make sure that the car was able to make it and that we got there safely, Ava please give your dad a hug and tell him again thank you so much. I know that this is a different kind of review but I wanted you all to know how this particular Waffle House went over and above to take care of this customer and her family.
