"I stayed here with my family on Saturday 2/24. The rooms were not clean. Here are poof that that he beds had not even been changed. The bathroom was also very dirty. I had to clean the toilet before it could even be use. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor service. Also they refuse to give me money back. Told me I could call corporate to handle it. 100% do not stay here!"

"I will say, the workers there were ALL fantastic. They were very friendly and helpful, and they put in the extra effort to make you feel welcome. This is where the "Comfort" in their name begins and ends. Multiple cracks had been painted over in our room, the bathroom needs updated, and the breakfast sausage tastes like plastic. Probably the worst quality hotel I have stayed at for the price we paid. Would not be nearly as critical if a night's stay was $50, but we paid a little over $100. If they are going to charge this much, they should put that money back into the hotel to make it worth the stay. The room and furniture/beds were quite clean, but the room itself is in serious need of renovation."

"Room was decent enough, a few things in disrepair such as baseboards around closet falling off, but otherwise ok. On check-in our room did have a very strong marijuana smell which we made sure the front desk knew about as we didn't want to get charged for that. Front desk associates were very helpful during our stay. Checked out the pool which was very clean, water was around room temp, so not cold, but not heated. Biggest complaint would be breakfast. While they had a good selection of offerings, I would stick to the hot items as all the yogurts, and and condiments were expired and bad. Peanut butter for toast and bagels for example was hard as rock and unusable. Yogurt was a month over expiration. Just check the dates before eating."

"The whole hotel was super hot and musky, our refrigerator didn't work, we had no ice tub so she gave us a laundry bad, the shampoo was used and open and there was hair in the drain, food wrappers by the air conditioner, there was floss and qtips under the bathroom sink, greasy hand prints on the headboard, torn carpet in the hallways used forks in the elevator. It was gross I informed the front desk and they just said sorry. It's worth the extra money to stay somewhere else."

"Second stay in a few months. Older hotel yet decently maintained and mostly clean. Staff is friendly, breakfast good and it is pretty quiet. Only one major complaint; the mothball smell, pretty overwhelming. I slept with the bath fan on all night. I'm sure that's a one-off."
