"Spent 3 nights there. Wasn't impressed with the rooms at all. The last night i was there I took my dog for a walk on his leash and he was attacked by 2 other dogs from another room. Union township police came and wrote a police report. When I checked out I told the owner what had happened and he blew it off and said ok. Sad that he didn't care at all. 1 dog per room and another guest had 3. Would never stay there again."

"The room was very nasty. We walked in the room and the floor has not been clean at all. The tables was so nasty I would not put anything done on them. There was a heat thing on the wall it has a needle in behind it. The sink it was clogged up with something in it. The bathroom was so nasty look like the tub has not been clean in months. Would not recommend anyone staying there it is that bad. Thanks"

"Honestly, if İ could give zero stars, İ would. The whole place is a health hazard. Room was visibly dirty on beds, floors, and in drawers. İ didn't even check the bathroom or anything else because I looked up and realized I was sharing the room with at least 2 roaches crawling on the walls. İ initially had a hard time trying to get a refund. All in all a horrible experience."

"I needed a cheap place to stay the night before an event downtown. The hotel is old and definitely shows its age in some areas, but the room had updated decor. The room got all the important things right, like clean sheets, comfortable bed, no odors, clean bathtub, and easy parking in front of the room. But I will say, a lot of the minor details weren’t great: the door and a few walls were pretty scuffed and could use repainting, there was some dirt in the corners of the room that could have easily been cleaned, the furniture was scuffed/scratched, there was a hole in the wall below the desk, and a lot of the floor planks are scratched. But like I said, these are the minor things. I would absolutely stay here again and I recommend it if you just need a cheap, clean, and safe place to crash for a night or two and you don’t mind some minor imperfections."

"If Gordon Ramsay saw this place, he'd be pissed. The room on first glance was obviously nothing fancy, just a place to sleep at night. Until we looked in the bathroom area and the ceiling looked like it fell through and they replaced it with wall plaster. The toilet was rocking and stained on the inside of the bowl. Dust everywhere and the wall and door at the entrance of the room was dirty and scuffed. Booked a non smoking room, and the room stank of tobacco. Water damage in the walls, which could lead to mold growing and people getting sick. Also in the bathroom, the nozzle to turn on the water was COMING OUT OF THE WALL. We could barely turn on the shower, and to add insult to injury, the tub was filling up cause the drain is clogged. Overall, I do not recommend staying here if you have other options, definitely a last resort place to stay."
