"Don’t let the name of the hotel fool you. The GM has no idea what she’s doing. The people at the bar don’t know what they’re doing either. The menu said they had a kids menu but when I ordered they weren’t sure if there was a kids menu. I also left some clothing items, which is my fault but they somehow grew legs and walked away. I called the very next day after I checked out and was told house keeping did not clean the room yet so call the following day. I call the following day and I’m told my items aren’t there but to call the GM the next day. I talk to the GM and she says they have a lost and found but aren’t responsible for left items. So clearly someone took my stuff. She then had an attitude because I said someone who works there had to steal my stuff. She couldn’t even call me back to tell me my stuff wasn’t there and had someone else do it. This is really who Marriott chose to run this location. We also booked the hotel expecting the pool to be open for our kids to swim and it wasn’t so we had to walk across the street to the other hotel to use theirs. For the amount it costs to stay there, I’d say just spend a little extra to stay somewhere better. Definitely won’t be back whenever I’m in the area again."

"When I checked in I realized they did not have any USB ports. After asking if they sold charging butts or had one I could borrow, the employee said I should walk to the gas station for one. Then I talked to the manger, who said the same. From there it went downhill. The room and especially the bathroom smelled dusty, old and damp. After looking around, I found dust everywhere, mold in the shower and something green growing on the shower head. There was also a full trash bag in the hallway. Do not stay here, unless they are desperate."

"I was assigned a suite and it was very spacious. Rooms were very clean, though you can still hear the cars on the nearby highway. The TV inside the bedroom couldn't connect to YouTube, Netflix, etc., but the TV in the living room could."

Firstly, the breakfast service ended quite early at 9:30 am, which might not be ideal for those who prefer a leisurely morning. Secondly, I encountered issues with the door locks in my room, which were broken. This is a significant concern as it directly affects the safety and security of guests.Another point of concern was the room rates. I found them to be quite expensive, which set high expectations for the quality and service of the hotel. Unfortunately, these expectations were not fully met, especially considering the issues I faced.Lastly, I experienced problems with clogged drains in the bathroom. While this can happen occasionally, it's an inconvenience, especially in a premium hotel where such issues should be promptly addressed.In summary, while the staff's efforts and the hotel's location are praiseworthy, the early breakfast timing, room security concerns, high cost, and maintenance issues like clogged drains detracted from the overall experience. I believe there's room for improvement, particularly in ensuring that facilities are well-maintained and functional."
