"WARNING: Bedbugs! I stayed there Jan 5-7, 2024 and they had bedbugs! See photos! I contacted front desk, their worker Chris said to call back Monday and ask for their GM Toby. I called and they said call back after 10:30AM. I called back and they said he'd in a meeting, that the GM will call me back. He didn't. I called back and they said to call back tomorrow. This happened all week! Never stay here, they're infested with bedbugs! I would rate them a 0 if I could!"

"First, I’ll start with the warm welcome at check in! Sauzi (sorry if misspelled) was absolutely a breath of fresh air walking in.. my best friend and I arrived anxiously because when I called to confirm the reservations the gentleman said we had until midnight to check in or we would lose our reservation. She assured us that wasn’t the case and was so pleasant and informative. Secondly, this location was the cleanest and best smelling quality inn I’ve stayed in for a loonnnggg time. So kudos to your housekeeping and maintenance staff! The only things I could possibly complain about which was my fault booking through Priceline, but I wish we were able to get two beds instead of the king.. just because two ppl lodge together doesn’t mean they sleep together. Lol Also, description of hotel isn’t exactly true.. it’s not conveniently located to restaurants or bars within safe walking distance downtown. Which also brings me to the parking! There should absolutely be a safer route to the building after parking your car. Especially for women traveling alone, and for being a non smoking facility. Otherwise, we had a fantastic time and your staff is amazing! Great team and it shows!"

"I'm so glad i was reminded of FREE PARKING at the hotel!!! As for free wifi....whatever. I really enjoyed my stay. I wish ice machines worked on floors per flyers. The location is great. However, the neighborhood around is not so great, but there's plenty of lighting and plenty of staff always on hand, just as with anywhere nowadays be aware of your surroundings. The hotel does it very best to keep their guests safe."

"Best value in the city and free parking! Close to it all and a very easy walk to all the hot spots. Very clean and remodeled rooms. Great service, everyone was so friendly! Oh and delicious breakfast included...LOVE when I see a belgian waffle maker, always starts the day off right! Will definitely be back and stay here again. Highly recommend!"
