"I stayed for roughly 7 months with my 2 kids and I was more than pleased. Marcus, the general manager was very welcoming and there for all my needs when it came to maintenance and hospitalities. The room was recently renovated and like a small studio. Definitely will be back if needed. Thank you In Towne Suites for everything."

"The time that I stayed at intown suites were nothing but pleasant seeming that I was in and out but the time I was there the staff was amazing especially Marcus who I believe was the manager anything I had needed at the time was taking care of even if I said it’s no rush or it’s no big deal things were handle and not to mention they have a cut off time for payments but unfortunately I was always late with the time and the staff never complained probably thought but never let it be known the front desk ladies were very nice and I loved talking to them well more like get on their nerves but we did share some laughs intown suites owes me nothing and I really appreciate them keeping my family and I safe I had no issues that couldn’t be fixed if I had to go back I would it was very comfortable and peaceful but anywhere can be peaceful if you mind the business that pays you Thank you intown suites for everything"

"All of the hotel suites are just like studio apartments. However, the staff is not good at cleaning and small, easy repais or maintenance in between renters. If you move in, be prepared to deep clean everything and repair the toilet and bathroom sink. It is easy to access any part of town from here. Overall, it's okay renting here long term for temporary housing until you find a more permanent apartment. However, with all of the maintenance and repair issues, it is not kid friendly. Only singles or couples should move in here, especially since the suites are relatively small."

"My boyfriend and I have been here a long time. This is pretty much our home. The staff here is absolutely amazing.my boyfriend has some serious health issues going on and the staff here checks on us constantly and always look after him while I'm at work. They make sure that we are ok. I've never felt more safe and looked after anywhere else. The people here are amazing. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. They make this a nice place to live. And are always making it better every day. I appreciate them all so much."

"We chose this location due to its proximity to our daytime destination. The room looked okay, but there were som issues that were problematic. First, when we arrived we asked about dishes and flatware to use in the kitchenet. We were told the suites doesn't have or rent anything like that. On the second day, the refrigerator freezer was frozen from running constantly. The refrigerator section was not working. We lost the food we had purchased because of the refrigerator section wasn't getting any chilled air from the freezer. The electrical outlet in the bathroom was not working either. The icing on the cake was on our last day there was no hot water. The hallways smelled heavily of Febreze. We were extremely disappointed. This place was a waist of our time and money. The room was not as advertised. We will never stay at an In Town Suites location ever again. Once they have your money they are not interested in making sure you have what you paid for."
