Motel 6 Dayton, OH 1944 Miamisburg Centerville Road, Dayton, OH 45459

"Check in was excellent had RSVP with motel husband and I were traveling through the area to get to FL for the winter. Jackie the front desk woman was the greatest most helpful Front Desk gal, with outstanding Customer Service knew the area well with recommendation for food and a Walmart store with us traveling so much we haven't had to many people make us feel welcome as Jackie did this woman needs to be recognized for going above and beyond for us and I'm sure every guest she encounteres. We called down to front desk she brought us extra blankets and towels as it was very cold out she did not hesitate. At checkout no one was at front desk, no coffee as other guest said was in the morning. Quiet place no noise got good sleep."

"The Location seems to be good because everything around it looks nice. However, do not stay here. Especially if you have a family or small children do not stay here!!!! I had a pitbull with me, and I did not feel safe. There are unsavory people living at this motel, I believe my room was in the middle of all of these people. They would knock on each other’s rooms in the middle of the night, which they might’ve knocked on my door or very loudly on the neighbors door. I’m not sure at this point, but the gentleman two doors down was buying drugs. Car alarms went off twice in the middle of the night… The floor was dirty, Even though it’s linoleum, and there were burn holes in the regular sheets, along with nail polish on my pillowcase. Just not clean and not safe. The front desk guy was very nice, only positive."

"Convenient location and nice staff. The room was absolutely horrible and I’ve stayed at pretty bad motels. The door didn’t shut all the way, lights didn’t work, microwave smelled disgusting, dresser broken, bed was an old spring mattress and had old pilled sheets with bug casings on it, heater didn’t work, AC unit was missing the cover, floor was sticky. I couldn’t sleep."

"Although the check in clerk was very nice and helpful and this location is in an upscale area I would not recommend staying at this Motel 6 location. We needed a motel that allowed pets so that’s why we chose this motel. The building looks pretty nice from the outside but it’s terrible once you get into the room. No clothes rod. Stained bedding and towels. The walls look disgusting with rotted moldings and missing flooring. There is no way I’d even touch the tub/shower! Burn marks in the Fiberglas that looked like someone had painted it with exterior house paint and it was disgusting. Thank goodness the sink looked fairly new and was clean. On a high note, the fridge, microwave and tv worked great. And at least there were no bugs. Trust me I checked carefully. I’d have left and gone elsewhere had I been able to find a pet friendly room. My pup got the best end of the deal as I had brought his own bed. This motel should be totally rehabbed. It’s awful."
