"Initially, we felt that Dr. Kraynack was very attentive to my son‘s asthma. As time went on, and my son continued to struggle I found him to be dismissive and unattentive to my sons needs. Recently during an exacerbation of symptoms… Dr. Kraynack simply sent us away to, a different provider via my chart without treating my son for his current condition. He left us stranded with no options. It takes weeks and sometimes months to get into a new provider. Complicated Asthma cannot be treated by an urgent care or PCP. We were left with no help. I am extremely disappointed with his lack of care for the patient. The office took forever to get back to us … typically waiting until 5pm to call back so we could not look for options elsewhere. Appointments take up to 6 weeks to get even in ACUTE situations there was no exception. I would recommend finding a different provider. Dr Kraynack clearly likes easy cases that do require collaboration. He simply wants to write a script and be done"

"After years of struggling to get our son's asthma under control, a doctor at Akron Children's ER (that's how bad the asthma got at times) recommended Dr Kraynack to us. Kraynack was no joke. He took his time and really explained stuff to us. Long story short, our sons lungs are well managed now saving us from late night ER visits and excessive use of steroids. Watching our son struggling to breath was a true nightmare and Kraynack was the first in a long line of docs to solve the puzzle. I'm very grateful."

"Dr. Kraynack isn't rude, disrespectful, & has a very negative disposition. My encounter with him today was awful. He made inappropriate comments regarding my sons health condition. He stated that he was going to prescribe a medication that is not FDA approved for my sons age because he can & he wants to!!! I will be transferring to UH. HE SHOULDN'T PRACTICE MEDICINE. NEVER ALLOW A CHILD TO BE CARED FOR BY HIM."
