"1 hour for blood work they was not even busy"
"The male technician and the blonde lady at the desk are very friendly. The one star is for my experience over all. Had labwork done in January made sure they had the correct information for my doctor. My doctor did not receive the results. Multiple request were made over the next two months, but they still had not received them. Doctor called and was instructed for me to go pick up the results from the lab. Calmly explained what was going on at the desk and that I needed to get my results. She go's and gets a lady from the back. Tall white long brown hair. Who angrily comes up and berates me. She is rude and not helpful. Does not listen to my explanation and insists on knowing exactly who told my doctor that. She refuses to give me my own results and tells me to have the doctor call but can not tell me the phone number for her to call. Despite me explaining that is the issue. I was calm and tried to explain that I'm just doing what Nationwide told us to do to resolve the situation as there seemed to be an issue with sending the results. I apologized to this lady that I didn't mean to upset her I was just doing what the head registrar told us to do. I was left in tears after that experience. I feel like she was having a bad day and took it out on me. Lesson learned though never going back there even though it's more convenient. If your doctor is not Nationwide don't waste your time or money going here. Even though they say they can do adults and send your doctor the results. You'll be lucky if you ever get them."
"Clean Facility. However; I took my 1 year old to get the blood work done. He got poked two times. Two times la couldn't find a vein on an infant, it's below my worst expectations. The following night the child was crying all night. I think a heroin druggies would do a better job in finding a vein."
"Got some blood work done and I was EXTREMELY NERVOUS and terrified as I tend to faint from these kinds of tests, I had terrible experiences at other labs and Lacey is absolutely outstanding at what she does. I barely felt a thing and she talked to me throughout the entire process which did not take long at all. I’m highly appreciative and definitely recommend this lab for any testing you may need!!"
