"This pharmacy is laughable one they open later than most two they close earlier than some and three the staff is rude and on to number four my mother uses this pharmacy was there at 10 a.m when they opened she has sat in there for an hour and ten minutes and counting still waiting on medicine that was called in last week lmfao I see why y'all got such a low rating how TF y'all even have customers at this point lol"

"Horrible Minute Clinic. I was late so the guy ignored me while he talked to his coworker about a patient before me. So, whoever brought their child in for a vaccination before me I know all about how you came to the decision to get another vaccine. He continued to ignore and went into his little room. I said something to the coworker that was off and she let me know she was off."

"A discontinued blood pressure medication was given to my son today instead of the correct medication. This could cause adverse effects if taken. The pharmacy tech also tossed the medication at him. When I called to investigate the incident the pharmacy tech said mistakes happen and we can watch the cameras to see if a mistake was made. Then tech had no customer service skills and failed to understand the gravity of the situation. I was threatened that the tech would put me back on hold. I demanded to speak to a Pharmacist and the tech said there is no Pharmacist working right now. That is a hugh problem. A Pharmacist should be working at all times. The techs need more training and we need reimbursed in the gas money spent to drive all the way back to incompetent CVS."

"Randomly closed for the day despite online listing stating they are supposed to be open. My prescription that auto-refills was "in process," but never made ready, which I have now learned means it's locked and can't be transferred to another location. The staff have been helpful when they are actually there, but this company is seriously a joke. If you have any other option, do not fill your prescriptions at CVS."

"The pharmacy is a joke. I get being understaffed, but we shouldn't have to wait hours for our meds. Also, if you call ahead and tell them 8 hours in advance, you still have to wait 20 minutes. They close earlier at this location. Cashier wants you to use self check out while he sits on counter or cart. What happened???"
