"Dr. Patel, a NP and two office staff members made fun of our family’s situation and request when the NP stepped out of the room mid-appointment. We could clearly hear laughing and joking about our request outside of the door. Office manager was nice when it was brought to her attention, but downplayed the fact that Dr. Patel and NP were part of the discussions and laughter. If there are other options out there for care, I would suggest pursuing them. People in the healthcare field we know and we talked to after this said we should get a personal apology from Dr. Patel via phone if they are professional, but I doubt we get that. Plus they need new lighting and they need to give the place a scrub down because the office is dark and it gives us the ick feeling in there."

"I have been going here for years and was on my 3rd practitioner because they keep leaving the practice. My first visit with my new practitioner he did not take me seriously after I was in an auto accident and then after asking for them to fill out some paperwork for me for work, he left the exam room and closed the door and I heard them all laughing at me outside the door. I have never asked these people for anything besides routine check ups and when something actually requires me to need help I get made fun of. Needless to say, I changed practices. Don’t go here if you want to be taken seriously because they don’t care."

"Dr. Patel is excellent! He is very thorough and he takes his time with his patients. If a patient does not understand something, he takes the time to explain and alleviate any concerns. He is excellent with my 80 yr old father and has taken care of him for years. The office location is very accessible and easy to reach with plenty of parking. He has his own lab onsite which is very convenient."

They were not exaggerating even a little bit! I saw Kasi Greene and I feel like I not only found a phenomenal PCP, I also feel like I made a new friend! I've never felt so comfortable with a doctor before. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. I can't recommend them highly enough."
