From the friendly receptionist to the nurse who was professional and there was no waiting to be seen other than the few minutes it took for the practitioner to review the history and concerns of my daughter. "Please note that I’d have given 5 stars if the place was clean. As for setting up the appointment and making the reservation from my phone at home was very easy. I arrived 12 minutes prior to my appointment and was taken back roughly 10 minutes past. It has been over 3 years since I’ve been to a Dr. and usually the wait is 30+ minutes after scheduled time. Once back in the examination room the nurse (I don’t remember her name) was kind and asked me the questions to give to the Dr. it was no more than 7 minutes before the Dr. came in. His name is Jose Rodriguez and he was FANTASTIC! He was thorough and made sure he dug deeper to get the right diagnosis for me. I am a self-pay and he took the time to show me how to use good RX on my phone to ensure I got the best deals for my prescriptions needed. The entire staff was fantastic. The only suggestion would be getting a better cleaning crew because it was a bit scary in those rooms I would go back and I would do my best to make sure I got Jose as my doctor."
