"Took my youngest child there on 4/5 to be seen for a med checkup. I informed her that "regular" dandruff shampoo does NOT work on my child. So what does she do?! She sends in a "REGULAR" dandruff shampoo that 1. Does NOT work AND I informed her of such information 2. Is not covered under insurance...that's no biggie. We have tried now FIVE times to get the shampoo that my child needs filled and I have called FOUR times this week. The PHARMACY has also sent a request MULTIPLE times to get this filled for my child. The ONLY good thing about this experience is the lady by the name of Annie doing whatever she can to get this taken care of for my child. This is absolutely and utterly ridiculous that a CHILD who NEEDS this shampoo is having to wait for what they need. This is also UNACCEPTABLE care for a child. Highly do not recommend."

"Do not go here. (Dr houda younis)The first time I came here she ignored my concerns in regards to my son. Then I came again and had to be here at 3 for my 3:15 appointment and at 3:42 I still hadn’t been seen so I’d suggest going somewhere else. She called to just say the papers are ready but because I didn’t stay till 3:47 that the papers are no longer good and I’d have to reschedule for the papers even though I said I was in the parking lot. 0/10 do not recommend"

"Dr. Lucas is very personable and down to earth. He explains things thoroughly with terms people who are not doctors can understand. Overall I am really satisfied having him for my family doctor. I love that he is straight forward and tells you like it is. Dawn Haag"

"This office USED to be amazing. But the quality as went down hill horribly. Can't get a hold of doctors or nurses for anything. Never get a call back for anything. Show up on time and end up waiting 2 hours or more to be seen. Prescription are marked completely different than what doctor said in the room. My family will no longer being using this office or doctors."
