"Stay far, far away. A doctor's office without an option to leave a voicemail is a red flag. My husband had an appointment, called over and over to cancel, and nobody answered the phone. They had no voicemail options. Low and behold, we then have a $100 no-show fee. Now, almost a year later, we are still disputing because they said they would remove it, then subsequently sent it to collections. Guess what? I can't get ahold of them to talk about the charges."

"This staff is ridiculous. Not only did they take well over 2 weeks to fax a prescription change for my grandfather, they also scheduled a 6 month follow up for the following year. They also gave us another patients medical information and paperwork and we had to call to informe them and someone came out RIGHT AWAY to get it. If only they tended to other issues as quickly and efficiently as they corrected their HIPPA violations then I wouldn't even need to leave this review. The Dr was alright but staff is garbage."
