"Called and spoke to someone to schedule a general checkup. They told me the next available date and I had to quickly check with my work before confirming the appointment. I called back less than 10 minutes later to confirm the appointment and was sent to voicemail. I left a voicemail requesting we confirm that appointment and didn't hear back. Called and left voicemails the following 2 business days and never received a call back. Their voicemail box says they'll return your call within 24 hours, which is a blatant lie. I was FINALLY able to get through to someone to schedule an appointment and they seemed fully unbothered that I had to leave multiple messages and still call back to schedule my appointment. I am only keeping this appointment at this facility as I need to be seen before the end of the year. After that I will be taking my business elsewhere due to the terrible service."

"I'm very happy with my new primary care doctor from here. As anyone else, I have had to wait a while to get in to see him, but once there the process is very smooth and thorough. The only reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars is they don't include Sublocade in their MAT treatment program."

"This isn't a legitimate healthcare facility. I called on Monday and asked for the earliest possible appointment for eye health because I need a full eyecare exam for an urgent issue. Their rep told me I was scheduled for Thurs 3pm. When I arrived, I was told that I'm "not even in their system." And their optometrist only works on Mon and Wed. I felt like they took one look at me and decided they didn't want to serve me. Medicaid Discrimination. Or, it could be front for drug activity. Calling my insurer and medical board to complain. What a completely disrespectful waste of my time, lost wages, and medical transport."
