"I have never in my life had an experienced something so unprofessional at a Dr office I was 8 mins late to my appointment and because of this she stated she needed to reschedule my appointment this office says they are open until 5 my appointment was at 4:15 .. when I asked if there was anyway to get me in today a prenatal check up is a 10-15 min appointment she went back to ask I could hear them yelling behind the desk “NO IM OFF THE CLOCK!” And how they were ready to go home I will NEVER recommend or return to this location I am 25 weeks pregnant and rushed from work to get there as soon as I could and for them to yell and scream like that was so unprofessional. I cried my whole way home and I will be calling to report this office do not schedule someone after 4 of you are wanting to leave at 4:30!!!!!!! It was SOOO RUDE"

"The care I got was okay but I sadly did not feel comfortable coming back for my ultrasound. My exam room had a wide open window looking out to the parking lot with one car parked facing the building. That immediately made me very uncomfortable, if anyone was looking in they would have a full view of my entire exam, the table was also pointing right at the window. Maybe I’m being overdramatic but I’d definitely close those blinds for future patients."

"So far my experience has been pretty disappointing. Doctor was late for my first appointment, although she was nice, but I feel like she was rushing to her next late appointment so I didn’t get to address all my concerns. Fine. Next appointment was the worst. I accidentally arrived more than an hour early, not a problem, I’ll wait, and I was still let in 15 minutes late. Fine. After my ultrasound appointment, I was informed that the doctor never came in today to discuss results so they’ll reschedule a phone call next week. Fine. I go to the reception desk, and the lady was giving me an attitude. I had no idea why. Then she abruptly brought it up that she called me this morning about the doctor wasn’t coming in. I said really? Did you actually talked to me caz I surely didn’t get a call from you. She said, no, voicemail. I said that’s weird, I didn’t get any. She quickly switched conversation and try to book me for the phone follow up with a horrible attitude, basically treating me like an idiot… I was full of question marks as I don’t know why I’m deserving this treatment. As I walked back to my car, I realized that she was probably given a hard time for not calling me this morning. I mean, think about it. My appointment was at 11:15, I arrived at 10. No phone call, no voicemail before I arrive, you had an hour to inform me while I was waiting, nope. But how is that my fault? Maybe you called someone but you didn’t call me. I was in the lobby for more than an hour, you called no one and barely any patients to deal with. The fact that I was never informed about doctor not coming in for my appointment, and being blamed for being surprised about it and giving an extremely bad attitude was a very unprofessional child-like behavior. I don’t have much hope about my experience becoming better, but if it ever does, I’ll update my review. I could only hope."
