"Warning DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED MEDICAL CARE. This was the most unprofessional and disrespected by anyone in the medical field that has happened to me. Dr. Bacha doesn't care about patients. He spoke to me in condescending manner. This was to be a two hour appointment and he acted like I was an interruption to his day. He just kept stating he couldn't help me and snicker each time he said it. He then said his nurse would be in to draw blood for testing, and left the room. I gathered up my stuff and walked out of his office."

"I've been a patient here since 2015 I was placed with Dr. Bielawski when my doctor retired. Well I asked a few questions and expressed how scared i am about my disease at last appointment and now have been asked to find a new Dr. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from a medical profession!! No sympathy or compassion and terrible bedside manner!! Find a Dr who actually cares!!"

"I am disappointed at this current practice. I have been a patient of this practice for 30 years and suddenly dismissed for nothing! They record conversations and then re-read them misunderstanding what the patient really meant. Not professional behavior, but petty and unprofessional, especially when they misread the context of the conversation and treat patients as though they have done something wrong. I don’t understand, I did nothing! I meant I was done seeing the doctor for now. I don’t want to take up their time when others need them so badly and I keep having allergic reactions to the meds. You misunderstood me!"

"Truly, an awful experience. I was not respected due to my young age by Bacha. It was shameful. My husband couldn't believe how I was spoken to and how little they cared until he went with me to an appointment and saw first hand how rude he was. I later went to a different doctor with the Cleveland Clinic and she has been nothing but compassionate, kind and has worked with me to figure out what's going on. The staff at Crystal Arthritis care are rude. They will watch you sign in and wait for you to set down then call you up. We pay all of our bills immediately but one, as we were told by them didn't go through so they immediately threatened to not allow me to ever book an appointment again. Over a $30 bill their system didn't process. I am so disappointed by the care I received from all counts. Cleveland Clinic will be my first choice in the future."

"I was sent here by my primary doctor after some knee issues left me questioning my arthritis . Every person I came in contact with was amazing! Dr Z was the most thorough, and knowledgeable doctor I’ve seen! He is obviously dedicated to his profession and has a passion for helping his patients! Due to many health issues I’ve seen many so that says a lot! Again thank you Crystal for renewing my faith in doctors! All of your patients are very fortunate to have this clinic!"
