"Currently sitting in the office waiting to be seen. My appointment was over a half an hour ago. They have a policy that states “if you’re ten minutes late or later, we have the right to reschedule you.” “If you have to cancel same day or are a no show, a $40 fee will be applied to your account.” My appointment was at 8:20. I got here at 8. It’s now 9. Am I able to charge a fee? Let that sink in. I’m not at all impressed with this office and I haven’t even seen the doctor yet."

"I see Dr. Mott for my rheumatoid arthritis. He is concerned and answers questions I present. It has been necessary to make changes to my biologics, as he is being consensus to reach the medication that will do the best for pain control. I am thankful that I was referred to him. Also, his medical assistant, Dawn, is ever helpful!"

"Had an appointment with Dr. khan for a new possible diagnosis of lupus. After the initial appointment she gave a different diagnosis that is a stem of lupus. Telling her my symptoms as she’s sitting there clearly not believing a word I said and acted with no empathy. Did not give me any information on the diagnoses, the meaning, treatments, or possible symptoms. When I expressed a concern of being on my feet for 12 hours and my body not keeping up she asked why I took the job if I had that concern. I do not reccomend seeing her if you are younger. I did go back and started seeing her NP but she shortly after transferred. Was told by the NP that younger patients tend to have problems with Dr khan. Have not been back since due to the rude bedside mannerism I encountered."

"Took 4 months from referral to be seen (on 2/16), waited 90 minutes to be seen, then was scheduled a follow up appointment for 4/7. Diagnosed with poly, osteo, and RA arthritis. In early May, I started having issues with severe tingling and pain in my hands, was sent for carpal tunnel testing, found to be very mild. No further action taken. Follow up on 8/7 where I was put on a new medicine, tingling not addressed. I called on Tuesday and received no reply, so today (Friday), I sent a message through Healow and shocker! No reply. I'm in a lot of pain and absolutely miserable and cannot even get a response. I'm going to talk to my primary Dr on Monday and request a new referral to a different facility because they are too busy to care for all their patients, apparently."
