"They are the friendliest people I have ever met. They really care about me and my sobriety. I would definitely recommend this place to any and everyone. They are the beat facility I have been to so far!"
"crossroads treatment center is truly a blessing. I’m very grateful for all of the employees, and I’m grateful to the city of independence for allowing them to put the clinic in that location. I think Crossroads is great, but if there were any thing that I would change it would be….Groups being offered, and have different events for families in recovery. I would want to try and bring our recovery community together more, show them that there is a lot more support out there than what they’re realizing Now I know that is much easier said than done. But those are some of the dreams that I have for Crossroads one day. Along with so many more ideas… I’m all for sitting down and brainstorming on some different ideas of what we could bring to our treatment center. I would love to be able to have the opportunity to be involved. Stay Blessed!! #wedorecover"
"This place had been my one try at methadone treatment. I couldn't of been happier work things so far.. I'm 3 months into treatment & i won't get onto to many details but my quality of life has dramatically changed for the better& I'm gonna keep on coming up & getting my dose. My goal is to get my first take home and that's totally attainable at this point. This place and the workers inside have helped me along the way with encouragement . I am forever grateful"
"My experience has been excellent other than being refunded for expenses that have been paid for by my insurance company. I'm owed a few hundred dollars and have been waiting for approximately 5 months now to be reimbursed. It's very frustrating, especially ei know that Crossroads has been paid twice for services rendered. I need that money, I didn't have it to spend at that time and I have been unemployed for some time now due to a work injury.its now almost April and I still have not received my refund.i don't want to retain an attorney but it seems my only option at this point. I'll be transferring to another treatment facility as I can no longer be victimized. This is absurd, very frustrating and very disappointing."
