"I had to switch doctors since the dr. I had for years retired. I went to the Independence, KY office for a well visit. For the fist ever I received a bill (my insurance had not changed -- nor have any "new conditions" for a well visit. I was sent 2 separate bills for this visit because of the "coding. " The office manager refused to help - insisting that they checked new conditions - which there was none. I think maybe it is time to switch to Christ?? Very disappointed in the service received. This NEVER happened under my previous doctor in Cold Spring, KY."

"I went in for an MRI with IV contrast for my brain and was very hesitant to get it done because I had to have a mask put over my face and I’m very claustrophobic. This was my second attempt of trying to do this..but Kelly that works there was AMAZING! She was very patient with me and caring and helped me get through the entire process. Without her kindness there’s no way I would’ve been able to even go through with it. Kelly is absolutely..hands down..the best! All of the staff at the Independence location are awesome.
