"I’m giving a 2 star instead of 1 start because they were able to get us in so quickly. But it really shouldn’t even get a 1 star. My daughter has an enamel defected and for the last year her insurance was just all messed up so she had a few cavities. The nurse assistant kept “scoffing” and big eyeing her facial expression. The dentist comes in and tells me that “ She doesn’t like to do hard work. She likes easy stuff”. She said my daughter had to get oral surgery 3 months out at an off site location with another doctor because she needed “multiple teeth removed” and it was too much for her. She said to bring her back when the work was “easy”. Not sure what she meant by that. I felt completely judge and I originally went it for that one tooth ache.. I did not go back or schedule and appointment. I went to another pediatric dentist the following business day because she was still in so much pain, that dentist said she only needed that ONE tooth pulled ( which she pulled in office that day) along with enamel defect on her back molars and 2 fillings at top. SOOO thankful I listened to my gut and went to different dentist. My daughter would still be in pain in top of having 5 teeth gutted from her mouth."

"I’ve taken all 4 of our children to this practice and all has been positive. Dr. Haska was wonderful with our 5 year old daughter and made the process fun for her. Appointments and communication with the front office has always been friendly. Nice practice and well run business for our experiences with them."

The staff also held a big part of making her comfortable and kept her experience a good one. The office is very clean and organized. I felt bad I had to reschedule so many times due to my busy work schedule. Office manager was a sweetheart and found us another date and time that would work best for the 4 of us.
