"Dr Bach and his staff are extraordinary and compassionate people. My dog Louie is 14 yrs old and cannot travel anymore. Dr Bach and his staff made home visit to complete Louie's shots, annual exam, and treat him for an intestinal problem. Dr Bach and his staff are always looking out for new ways to help Louie have a better well being since Louie suffers from hip arthritis and heart problem. Dr Bach provided me medicine and instructions how to give to Louie and help him. I highly recommend Dr Bach and his staff for anyone seeking a good vet. I posted the original review stated above 4 months ago. Dr. Bach continued his home visits for Louie until Louie passed away on Jan. 29, 2024. My heart aches and I miss him terribly but I want to tell anyone that reads this post, thanks to Dr. Bach I was able to have Louie an additional 4 months to love and experience joy. and help Louie transition over peacefully. God blessed me when he put Louie in my life over 14 years ago and I am forever grateful and blessed to have such a compassionate and kind hearted vet help me with Louie's care and a peaceful transition for him."

"The high prices they charge are laughable. I was quoted 800 dollars for my dog to be neutered. I was charged 300 for my dog to be groomed there. It’s ridiculous. To your reply I do not have the wrong vet. It was you and I know it was you. You also called me and basically screamed at me because my dog was anxious to be groomed and if it doesn’t cost 800 for a neuter maybe talk to your receptionist at what they are quoting people. I was told 800 because you needed to do blood work before my dog could be neutered. I’ve never had a dog have to have blood work before getting neutered and I’ve had plenty of dogs in my lifetime and I’ve never paid over 200. Also maybe stop being so aggressive with your paying clients."
