"I learned about Miami Valley Hearing and Balance through my hairdresser. She took her mother there and had good things to say about their business. I was looking for a place to take my father who was experiencing hearing loss for quite a few years. Our family had been begging him to get hearing aids and he finally agreed. There is less misunderstandings in his conversations on the phone and talking in person. This makes the communication much more enjoyable for his family and friends. We now can talk at a normal volume and not have to feel like we are yelling during our conversation.
