"The best experience that I have had at a dentist office. The office was very clean. Every staff member was really friendly. Through out my visit staff told me what they were doing before they did it and asked questions so that I was as comfortable as possible. The dental exam was the most thorough dental exam that I have ever received. Information was given on dental work that they suggested but none of it was pushed on me. A very pleasant experience!"
"I would highly recommend Urbana Dental Smiles. The place is so cute, classy and very clean inside. The hygienists and the dentists are very nice and knowledgeable. They have TVs in every room so you can watch whatever you want or nothing. When I went to get my cavities filled I got a warm fuzzy blanket, a comfy pillow and some nice shades (or protective glasses, whatever you want to call them). They tripled checked to make sure I was fully numb before the procedure started which I really appreciated! At Urbana Dental Smiles you'll be treated like a person not just another set of teeth in a clean, chic environment with friendly staff that will listen to your concerns and make sure you are comfortable. :)"
