"I will start by adding that this was four years ago when we tried to go here, but I recently heard the same receptionist that made us never go back is still there with the same terrible bedside manner. It was for an appointment for my newborn, and I heard great things about Dr. Brammel. However, we couldn’t get in with him. The receptionist tried to say we had the wrong appointment time and were late. We weren’t, but she was really dismissive and was not going to let us be seen, even though it was imperative we were due to my son’s jaundice. Thankfully, Dr. Paul still saw our son. When we brought up how this receptionist acted, Dr. Paul almost seemed dismissive of it. We were just completely put off by the whole experience and ended up going to the pediatrician our son had when he was born in the hospital. It sucks we have to go 40 minutes away, but we love her and the office staff at her practice."

"I simply cannot express in enough words how much Dr. Paul means to us. She is such an incredible doctor that genuinely cares about her patients and she listens to our concerns so intently to get to the bottom of whatever we are working through with our son. She is extremely knowledgeable, personable, empathetic and kind. We are blessed to have her as our child’s primary care physician! We have also had incredible experiences with Dr. Bramel when emergencies have happened or our son is sick. He too has the same incredible qualities and knowledge that Dr. Paul has. We couldn’t be more pleased with our choice to make the switch to Mercy Well Child for our son!"

My children have been patients for 6 years and I’ve never felt rushed in any appointment. The nursing and administrative staff are also wonderful. The office is clean and well maintained. "We don’t go to the doctor often but when we do we will ONLY see Dr. Brammel. He has always been the best doctor there. He himself gets 5 stars! Never pushy, always respectful of our decisions, he listens to us and gives advice but respects the parents choices. He is great with the kids! As for the other doctors over the years, it just depends (hit or miss) and for that I gave 4 stars. But I like to only see him when we go so I know my kids have an awesome caring doctor."

"I have had nothing but excellent experiences with them! Dr. Bramel is thorough, patient, and kind. He always hears me out about my concerns and ideas regarding my children, and genuinely cares about them. I saw that someone said the wait is long in another review, but I have been attending this doctor with my children for 7 years and I have never once waited longer than 5 or 10 minutes to get to a room, and never more than 5 minutes for the doctor, with the exception of a very hectic day for the office during flu season. Dr. Paul is also excellent. Though we have only seen her a few times, I was very happy with her!"
