"Want to get blood work done. Only one person doing registration for outpatient.lots of folks to be processed. Why can’t they send the overflow to the Emergency room registration so we don’t have to wait for an hour? Does anyone monitor the workflow?"
"I was in terrible pain so I went to the ER. They never figured out what was going and dismissed me. A few days later there again and again NO HELP!! Thank God I went to Marysville where not only did I spend 5 days there I now have an IV port in me for 6 weeks! Urbana ER used to be excellent but now they are nothing but a joke!!! Save yourself some time don't go to Urbana or Springfield!! Thank you Marysville for not only treating me and telling me what was wrong and showing me Urbana ER is WORTHLESS!!"
"Mercy Health is a small hospital and for years never heard much positive. Well I have had 2 weeks of amazing care for my mom who has been there. She is doing rehab in the swing bed unit. Each and every person that has taken care of her, has went out of their way to make moms stay there better. Even when she was a bit difficult to work with. Stubborn you may say. This hospital has not been given the credit they deserve. I just wanted to share my experience and to say thank you to each and every staff member who has helped mom! I need to also add how clean this place is!!!!"

Many thanks to Courtney, Missy, Pam, McKenzie, Gracie, Joy, Rose and those whom I may have not gotten their names. Dr Quest I thank you for taking the time to dig down and try to find out what was going on with me. I would recommend this hospital to anyone needing health or medical care."
"Here from Michigan because my mother was admitted to Mercy Memorial Hospital. The staff has been awesome!!! The hospital is clean, quiet and everyone from cleaning staff, administration and doctors have been exceeding in services, care and expectations.
