"I suggest staff be taught how to refrain from discussing their personal opinions of clients while working. Very inappropriate and unprofessional behavior hearing staff criticize their clients. Money motivated business and was lucky to find an SOS clinic in Columbus willing to perform my felines surgery days later. However, my kitty did not recover and I ended up paying quite a chunk of money anyway to a vet clinic more worthy of clients and donations to take care of my felines ashes and place of rest."
