"By far the best primary care physician I've ever had. Love Dr. Clem and the techs. The phlebotomist Crystal is the best there is! Dr. Clem may have very well saved my life because she actually listens. Some abnormalities in my brain were found because she agreed upon doing scans due to family history. I believe others would have blown me off due to my original complaint. Ended up needing brain surgery 3x to remove what was found. Seeing some of these reviews, they do not sound at all like the clinic I know and trust. I did have covid and although I was not allowed into the building, I was able to be seen from my car in the parking lot. Anyway, as you can imagine,i highly recommend The MRC of Urbana!!"

"Do not recommend. If your symptoms are even a fraction of covid symptoms they won't see you even when they have been your provider for years. Just had a negative covid test and can prove and they still won't see you! Do not want a provider that is SCARED of covid! FYI "medical professional", there are other diseases besides COVID!!!"

"This office and staff made me feel like I was a bother. Have an on going gout problem my nurse practitioner who treats me on a regular basis said I should go to an emergency clinic. After arguing with the nurse I got an appointment with a different person who finally treated me. I will never set foot in that office again they are very unprofessional and lack compassion."

"Was sad to see how ran brought covid patients on same floor as other patients .very slow to act wife was there 6 hrs before got nicotine patch .does not have all imaging in hospital had to be taken to another location for a scan ."
