As she has aged and had medical issues that coincide with the aging body and mind, he has been supportive and encouraging to her and continues to reach out in order to assure that we, her caretakers, as well as mom are supported in making sure she has the best possible life. I know I can call the office and be assured that whatever the need or questions we may have will be addressed as quickly as is possible. He is engaging and treats her as if she is the only patient he has that day, not rushing her and still covering all issues expediently. I know she is in the best possible care and she trusts him and the staff with all her health needs. If there happens to be a scheduling issue they address it immediately and make sure we are taken care of and satisfied with the solution. I would not trust her to another physician, she is one of the few she still engages with and feels completely comfortable around.
