"Very disappointed in the lack of care/attention for my daughter here. We attended an intake "visit" that was supposed to last several hours, only lasting less than one hour. Then was told they'd call us in 2 weeks to schedule an appt! Finally someone called back and was saying we needed to come back in to finish intake, although that was supposed to already have been completed. They then wanted to try and have us seen at another location after denying this request, I was advised we'd get a call back before the end of the week and that was 3 weeks ago. I sadly wouldn't recommend this facility."

"My children have attended here, and so have I. services have lapsed constantly. The agency can’t keep staff, no phone for reaching my childrens care provider. Staff that answers phone is not well informed nor up to date on care of clients and policy’s and procedures of agencies partnered with. Huge, huge turnover of staff constantly only one therapist at this location for a very long time she’s nice but very overworked. I’ve called over a dozen times asking to speak to director never received a return call note I have 5 children and myself that are clients of this agency. My case manager told me the director got booted but no one has taken the role on. This is a continuous problem with this agency/location they can’t get enough help with re: to staff and they all end up leaving doesn’t give clients stability with their care providers! Highly recommend Samaritan behavioral health over Path any day I’ve been in care for 15+ Years at sbhi never once have my providers changed they have caring staff that never lets clients care lapse. Sbhi main focus is their clients and the care they provide to their clients. Avoid path they have no consistency, and problems delivering care in a consistent manner. The clients and their family suffer from the agencies lacking. I’ve tried expressing my concerns with no one caring to call back let alone address the concerns.I’d be happy to discuss review with agency but know not one person will reach out from agency as this has been the pattern/problem."
