"Great doctors!!! But terrible in communication with scheduling. I didn't find out about my mother's surgery til 4 days before surgery. That was supposed to have called me 2 weeks before. And wouldn't of know if they didn't call about a prescription they where calling in. When I asked about any future appointments is then I was told about her surgery. And then again after surgery I kept calling and leaving message for her cat scan. And then again wasn't told til 6 days before. Which was scheduled 2 weeks already. I'm about to lose my job because of this non communication!!! They don't call and ask what is best for you and your schedule. It's what they schedule. They don't understand not to call a dementia patient to tell them thier appointment. Even though it's on their chart who to call!!! Great doctors!! Bad support staff. They will apologize after their mishap but still keep doing the same thing."
