"I went to this clinic and had a successful pregnancy with Dr Karnitis. Him and his staff were amazing and truly invested in your journey. They will always be a 5 star group! I came back for a surprise pregnancy and there is basically an entire new staff. Most are rude. They made me repeat my information and verify insurance multiple times and ways because “their systems didn’t communicate”. The level of incompetence and blatant lack of compassion and caring was obvious. I even had to call my actual OB for heparin needles that were an appropriate size as the staff argued with me about what sizes needles come in( I’m in the medical field) and was initially prescribed the appropriate size needles during my first pregnancy FROM the same clinic yet when I asked them to look up my old treatment record they just argued with me telling me I didn’t know what I was talking about. I no longer recommend this practice."

"Terrible customer service, terrible continuity of care and my invoice was wrong almost every visit and did not always get corrected causing me to pay much more than the initial consult quote per cycle. I saw 4 different providers, was worked up as the completely wrong patient, had incorrect instructions on my first IUI (that’s an $1100 mistake). Only good things to say about Dr. Bidwell but no one else on the team has a clue what they are doing besides trying to make money. I started around the time UC was acquiring the Kettering practice, based on the previous reviews I believe that was the cause."

"My rating is solely for the receptionist, Jamie. I agree with the other reviewer. I dread calling because I know Jamie will be answering the phone. She is unbelievable rude. She never knows anything and she acts like she doesn't want to be there. This is clearly not the job field for her. I cannot stand her at all, and I hope the office considers finding someone else more fit for the position. However, the rest of the staff seems to be very pleasant. Both Dr. Bidwell and Dr. Karnitis are very kind. Although, I do wish they would spend a little more time with their patients and not rush them. Bedside manner could be better. My husband and I have had two failed iui's so far, so I really hope that we aren't wasting our time and our money. We have been trying to start our family for ten years now, so I'm sure you can understand how stressful going through this might be for someone that would do anything to have a child. Not everybody makes a six figure income. Unfortunately some of us live paycheck to paycheck, so we just want to make sure the doctors are doing everything they can to help us achieve a successful pregnancy, and not just taking us for our money. IUI is our only option, we cannot afford IVF, so we are counting on the doctors to be efficient and do everything properly in a timely manner. We are spending every dime we have to have a baby. We truly want to this work. Hopefully the doctors understand how important this is. That being said we look forward to our next iui and pray that it works."

"I wish Dr. Karnitis could be my doctor for EVERYTHING! He has so much patience and really takes the time to explain everything to you. Most importantly, he and his staff are realistic - they don't get our hopes up and make false promises. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone with fertility issues."

"The doctors and staff at this office are a standard to be met. We sought their help to conceive after much difficulty. The staff was always attentive, and Dr. Karnitis always took time to answer my questions. They were always sensitive to my needs (hormones!) and patient with us. They really have the whole package. They run the office efficiently and return calls in a timely manner. Due to our relocation, I was not able to continue care with them, but after fighting and struggling with my new doctor, I realize how special everyone at Kettering Reproductive is. Thanks to them for making my experience with them a pleasant one."
