"5 stars for the nurse and nurse- practitioner! 2 stars for the gentleman at the front desk. He definitely was not in the right position to be greeting patients especially ill patients. Was not in any way welcoming to be greeting patients coming in to Kettering healthcare. He acted bored and bothered to be there. Tried to assume he was having a bad day at first until a relative had a very rude encounter with him last month."

The physician diagnosed my issue and prescribed the appropriate medication. He also gave additional recommendations which were very helpful in my recovery. Every staff member was friendly.
