"Very deceptive billing practices!! Stay Away! This is a physical therapy office - and the therapists are great. However they bill everything through Kettering Hospital at HOSPITAL RATES!!! So 1/2 hour consultation is billed at $566.00!! There are a lot of other very competent physical therapy providers in Kettering and surrounding area."

"I called the Far Hills office to briefly ask about prices for an initial evaluation and office visits for physical therapy. I was having knee pain and was considering coming in although I had previously heard from others Kettering’s physical therapy is super expensive and overpriced. A girl named Amanda answered my call and immediately tried to direct me to the Kettering Billing Call Center, which is not who you would call for something like this. (the call center assist with established patients and their individual bills and probably wouldn’t have access to information on the Far Hills office’s pricing. (not to mention they typically have a 25 minute wait time). I told Amanda no the billing office is not the appropriate place to help me with this and asked her to just give an estimate! That’s all I was asking, was for a general price and she acted as though she could not simply answer my 2 questions! She finally did after I pressed for the information and to not be shooed off to another office. She didn’t even have to look for the information or put me on hold. She had it right there in front of her or has gotten this question before! That’s just lazy and poor customer service to me. Needless to say, I am not interested in going to Kettering Sport’s Medicine and will not be. I’m not going to an office to receive treatment where they clearly don’t care about patients and what you pay for care. No thanks!"

"Facilities are fine but the value you get from the prices they charge are just nonsensical. did not feel pricing was upfront, never would have taken the appointment if it was. Part of the reason people can't take the medical industry today."
