"I came in on the wrong date and they fit me in. The staff at the front desk could not have been nicer! (Simone and another sweet woman). Emma performed the takes and she was also very accommodating and nice! I have been coming here for the last 5 years for mammograms and I have always left feeling as I have been treated with the outmost respect. I also love that they collect donations for such an important cause and I also love their words of encouragement drawing basket! I’m confused as to why this facility only has a 3 star rating… So KUDOS to them! Customer service at its best!"

"I had a follow-up mammogram and ultrasound this morning, obviously a bit of a stressful situation. I was made comfortable from the moment I signed in until I left. The care team kept me informed every step of the way. The staff went above and beyond to make a difficult situation much easier. Thank you!"

"I went for the 1st time this morning. (3/8/23) the tech was awesome she walked me through everything as she was doing it. It was not painful or anything. I was in and out in less then 45 minutes. I had 3 women ahead of me too. I want to say the techs name was Jessica but I'm not 100% sure."

"One of the worst hospital experiences I've ever had. The tech came off as very unfriendly and rude because I did not want to have a mammogram. I felt like I was judged, bullied, and made to feel fearful. If this is how you treat someone coming in for a basic ultrasound, how do you treat women who really do have breast cancer? With the same kind of nonchalant, uncaring, and fear mongering behavior I experienced? I will never go to this place again and I will make sure to pass along the word to other women. Kettering used to be a wonderful hospital with great reviews from patients. The more I hear, the more all Kettering cares about is money and new buildings. Maybe the Kettering Breast Evaluation Center could use more empathy and understanding and less spa ambiance."

"I have been going to Kettering Breast @Lincoln Park since the office opened . Always treated with respect and caring. Just had mammogram yesterday never a long wait. Nice warm robe answered any questions I had. I was shocked at bad reviews. It is never pleasant but new machines are like knight and day from the "smashing old days". The technician was constantly checking on my comfort during. They are busy because they are kind and good for this reason it is the patients provocative to make your appointment. That being said either in the letter or my chart they let you know when appointment is due. I just can't understand the negative reviews."
