"This place is a joke everytime I go. Waited over an hour while the dr and nurse chatted it up and the nurse played on her phone while my 5 year old was waiting to be seen."

"I had an appointment yesterday morning at 9:30 and they have still yet to fill and send my medicine over to my pharmacist. Evertime I call I get the answer I'll let her know and she'll call you, absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional"

"Was denied medical care for my 9 year old son by a woman (worker)who sits at the front desk. This appointment quickly turned for the worst as I was sitting in the waiting for no more than 30 minutes before security was called and I was denied service for my African American son. I sat quietly until spoken to by the staff member, but had to question why I was being denied services. I had done nothing criminal as I sat and waited, but our skin color had to play a factor in the denial of treatment. Thank God for audio recording. If youre looking for medical services for any kind please go elsewhere. Its 2023 and I would have never thought that being turned down for medical care was real, but it is depending of the color of your skin."

"Honestly if I could give them no starts I would. I came in Monday evening and the a TB text place I ask the lady at the front desk to make an appointment to get it checked. When I showed up 48 hours later the lady snapped at me and told me she did not see me on the schedule. The lady from Monday scheduled me at a whole different facility. She then told me I was being rude because I asked “why would she schedule at a whole different facility if I got my tb place here?” And also falsely accused me of cussing. She refused to have me seen when my insurance was already billed and the provider just looked at me with a confused look. I ask for the customer service number and as I was on the phone with customer service they went to the back and repeatedly continued to walk up to look and laugh at me. To anyone of color I who recommend the you never be seen by these people. Through this experience I was called a “crazy black girl” and falsely accused of cussing. I’m the end I had to go to a whole another facility and they got me in and out with in 20 mins"

"had 5:30 pm appt on monday 7/3/23. the receptionist was courteous and friendly. after a SHORT wait(20 min) I was able to see nurse. She very helpful and reassuring,wrapped my leg and reccomended further examination by ER or doctor. the whole experience was comfortable. Yes I would use again"
