"Took forever to walk in behind some elderly folk. Got to the electric carts, but all 5 were out of order. Discussed at the service desk with the representative. The representative as though I was wasting her time, did not call the manager and was snotty."

This is disappointing to me because I've always had a really good experience with the pharmacy. I've been a loyal customer for over 10 yrs now. Do better Kroger !"

"Clean, well organized, and normally stocked with most items. As I normally stroll in close to closing, the lady running self-checkout asked if I wanted her to open a traditional checkout lane for me, which I respectfully declined. The staff is always friendly, especially Andi, who went above and beyond to help me get a discount on soda that I completely misread. I tend to stray from human interaction nowadays, but this specific Kroger is always a pleasant experience."
