"Do not buy their Urb Delta 8 products! I had two in a row stop working after 48 hours. VIP return policy for disposables is only 24 hours. That is obviously on purpose because they know their products have the potential to be faulty. So that is a total of $70 down the drain. The retail worker only gave me $5 discount when I brought the second one back. Absolutely unacceptable. VIP Vape will no longer be getting my business."

"If I could put zero stars for this place I would !! I came here a few times and thought it wasn’t bad I normally go to the one in Middletown on Breiel Blvd but lately haven’t wanted to make the drive from Franklin to Middletown so I found this place in springboro and the last two times I was very displeased, I’ve bought a $10 Vape that had 5,000 puffs on it and it worked for a couple of days then out of nowhere the flavor went out which I get sometimes happens not the first time it happened to me so I called and asked if I could possibly get a replacement the young guy on the phone told me that I couldn’t get one which I didn’t understand but whatever so I had my boyfriend call them and then they were able to come to an agreement to where we would have to give him an extra $5 for the replacement so I went and got it and that was on a Monday 9/11 and I can say I was satisfied for a little and then it stopped working the same thing happened the flavor went out yesterday 9/13. I DO NOT recommend this place!!! I NEVER had to pay for a replacement at my original vape shop and then the replacement even doesn’t work smh !!"

"I would rate this place 5 stars but not now... I get all my kratom here but last night the guy who always works therw scammed me out pf money, only about 75 cents but its the principal. I always get the 16.9o kratom and it comes to 7.34 but I told him I had 18 and he rang it up at 18 without tax like he done me a favor. Thats crooked. He will know who I am when he reads this. He lost a good customer. Also I'm in the top 10% of reviewers on google with thousands of views I know this review will be seen"
