I searched their site and wasn't able to find any individual parts - the speakers were a build kit. I sent an email to their customer service and was initially told they didn't sell individual parts from the kit. A few days later, however, I got an email from Cil, the Contact Center Manager, who let me know they had a pair of grilles that he would send me for free! A few days later, a box arrived with the two grilles carefully packed and in great shape. Having never been a customer, myself, this is excellent service! "I have made several orders with Parts Express. It is nice that you can call first (if you have questions) and get good advice from the team there. I have had fast shipping and well packaged items arrive with no issues. I recently ordered the little hybrid amp that they carry - Dayton Audio HTA20BT. I ordered some replacement tubes from another site and that little amp rocks the house! For the tube amp purist it is not a true tube amplifier. I understand that, however, it really works great. I have several other "Made in China" hybrid amps and the one from Parts Express is quickly becoming my favorite the more time I get on it. I am using a nice TEAC CD player with a Bur-Brown DAC and that feeds through the amp to Klipsch Industrial La Scala speakers. Sounds amazing. The speakers are in the corners in the pictures. I will buy from them again. I like to check their clearance section often also."
