"Was just in Greg’s Meats on 10/29/21 at about 10:30am to buy some meat, butter, etc. I was totally ignored while a UPS guy came in after me & was helped by the guy from the back room & the young lady behind the counter. We were in there for the first time a week ago and spent $175.00 on meats. Needless to say with the customer service I got today why would I return. I called to complain to the guy that answered phone who apologized & just said he would talk to the girl who ignored waiting on me. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a small store which should provide excellent customer service in today’s competitive market. Good luck folks."

"A friend recommended Greg’s to me for our Christmas Prime Rib this year. I am so glad that he did. We ordered two by phone a week in advance, one 8LB one for our family and a 3LB one as a gift for friends. We normally buy ours from Costco for Christmas but this year we are concentrating on shopping local, especially with the current state of things and so many small businesses struggling. Picked up the meat on Christmas Eve. The staff in the store were very nice and they had the meat prepackaged and ready to go. To say it was the best Prime rib we’ve ever had would be an understatement! It turned out amazing! We did it on our Pellet Grill with a garlic butter herb rub. Took about 3 hours with the grill set on 250. The smell and taste was out of this world!! We will be getting our Prime rib from Greg’s going forward! Thank you to everyone at Greg’s Meats for such a great experience!"

"Mike and I tried for the first time and best NY strip ever and we did minimal seasoning to see for the taste. So tender and juicy and melted in our mouth.
