"I have been bringing my pets (3) to the Pet Clinic for 4 yrs +. Always paid in full after every visit. I had not been there in awhile (over a year). I called to get my dogs paw look at today, they stated that since I have not been there in over a year, they want me to prepay up front the office visit of $45!!! I felt so insulted.I also asked for pricing, because everytime I bring one pet in there I spend $300+ there. I told them I think its wrong of them to treat me like a new client and I'm taking my business elsewhere. They did'nt care..."

They were able to fit us in that morning, and went above and beyond to help our pet feel better, and make sure his illness wasn't serious. Dr. Erin, and her whole team were so patient with our terrified dog, and took the time to consult with us on each diagnostic test and finding. They also called a couple days later to check on how he was feeling, and even sent a welcome card with information. I highly recommend this pet clinic to anyone in need of services for their dogs."
