"I can't recommend this office like others. Arrived for first visit and staff said I didn't have appointment that day. Not true. I had proof of confirmation. Rude staff. Had procedure and doctor thought it was ok to wait months to talk about results. Don't bother with this office."

"Everyone is super nice, helpful, especially with the urgency of being seen by a doctor. The doctors are caring, and takes the time to explain what needs done. Sometimes I believe the patient, my self included, need to listen to what the doctor says you need to do. Even the front staff to the office manager, everyone is super helpful, so when you need to figure insurance they are the ones to help."

"Had an appointment today of which they told me it was a phone visit. I cannot see being able to treat me or help me through a phone call but I accepted it (to late to cancel). It was at 11:30am and no call no show by the nurse practitioner. I called and the girl told me she can't reschedule me so she put me on hold, nope she actually disconnected the call. I am searching once again for a Dr. UGH"

"I was treated terribly by this office staff and Dr Thornton. Don't be fooled by your first visit to the office as I was. They never return phone calls or apparently pick up any messages you leave. I needed to find out about a specific allergic reaction I might have to what she prescribed and I got nothing but a hassle. I called repeatedly and left messages with no response back. The only time I got a real person on the phone is after hours service or by selecting the number for appointments. Each time I did get someone they would ask me the same question as the time before - we were never moving along to an answer. When I finally had enough and got a bit nasty on the phone - I found out the doctor had left on vacation and was not coming back until the day before my proceedure. She had 2 weeks to answer my question - never did - and then left on vacation. I still have no idea if I could actually take the prescription she gave me. I found another doctor to go to - you should too - this doctor does not care."
