"Ordered in advance … I arrived 20 minutes later at the store. the employees acknowledged receipt of the order … there is only one other person waiting for a pick order. 15 minutes go by and the employee notices the pizza has not been made. So 35 minutes after ordering, 15 minutes after arriving, my pizza goes in the oven … it is not busy here and there is only one other order in the store. 50 minutes after paying for the order, 30 minutes after the pizza was supposed to done, the pizza comes out of the oven. 55 minutes after the order was due, it has arrived but the drinks that I paid for are not in stock. I a free 20oz drink and a cookie for my wait. I look at the pizza as I hurry out the door …. It is severely undercooked. maybe it will be different for you but I would not return that store if I was offered free pizza for life."

"I just moved to this area this was my 1st food delivery order at my new home. On 12/30/23 I ordered a big box with boneless wing cheesy bread & a 2 liter soda asked for plates & napkin’s . Order arrived 30 minutes late pizza was slightly over cooked I also did not receive my cheesy breadsticks or my 2lit soda, plates or napkins . I spoke with customer service they said someone will email & call me for refund. As of today Jan 04, 2024 and I have not heard anything back."

"I did not get what I ordered. The whole order was delivered wrong. I called to get it fixed, and they put me on hold, and did not come back. I sat for an hour, yes an hour, bc my husband wanted the pizza he ordered. We got no help! They suck!!!"

"The picture speaks for itself. On top of the pizza being inedible, burnt and dry. They couldn’t even get my order right. Worst pizza I’ve ever seen. I tried calling the number provided it take you to a call center. There is no way to actually contact the store."
