"I love Pizza Hut but how can you burn a cheese pizza? I just don’t get it the worst experience I’ve had at a Pizza Hut."

"I walked into this place and both workers at the counter acknowledged me but never asked how they could help. Instead the had a conversation amongst themselves as if I had all the time in the world. I politely stated " I am here for a door dash order". They continued to take their time and coverse with one another. After about five minutes I cancelled the order and left. I couldn't believe the service, I've worked in fast food and there's no way you should have a customer standing around for no good reason, mind you I was the ONLY person on the lobby. Why would I need to wait, if I do at least let Know SOMETHING!"

"C'mon guys We ordered a pepperoni lovers and ended up with a pizza with an extra cheese pizza with like 4 or 5 pepperoni pieces on the top. My husband took it back because, you know, no pepperoni, where they proceeded to dig out pepperoni from under the extra cheese. We didn't order extra cheese he hates extra cheese. They were like "see theres the pepperoni under the extra cheese" again no one ordered extra cheese. I know this pizza hut has people trying to scam it all the time but c'mon guys when you're wrong you're wrong. It happens. Everything doesn't need to be a fight and everyone is not scamming. I mean all you need is eyes to see there was no pepperoni. No scamming we just wanted pepperoni."

"Wow! INEDIBLE! TRASH! Worst pizza ever. Barely cooked... and it wasn't what I ordered... but dang, at least cook it... Ridiculous. Delivery was good though. Also, This was obviously intentional. They're mad for whatever reason and taking it out on the customers. Golden rule you miserable employees : TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED. I would never do something so disrespectful. I'm sorry for whoever hurt you in your life pizza hut employees, but it's not MY fault."
