"Terrible. Operated like a scam to get the most money possible from people. If you ask any questions during your regular wellness visit you will be charged twice for the same period of time. Do not answer the doctor, when they ask you if you have any questions unless you want to be charged twice. They code things so that your insurance will bill you twice"

"37 minutes on hold this afternoon with no answer. I actually drove there to request a copy of my X-ray faster. I mentioned the long hold and the receptionist refused to acknowledge my comment. I gave this place a great review 2 days ago. Wish I could do that one over"
"Dr. Chialastri at this location was the 4th urologist I saw after months of bad pain. We only had one appointment and he did more for me than the three previous specialist combined. He truly cares about his patients and helped solve an issue for me others could not. I also had a very good experience with the lab."
"If you enjoy being on hold for over an hour, just to hang up, staff that refuses to do their job or deal with your concerns as a patient then go here. Quite literally a joke. I called about refilling my medication a week in advance, and sent several MyChart messages. I was ignored, and when I finally got thru, was told "I don't know what to tell you, I'm just here to answer the phones" by the front desk. Then, when I went to my appointment the nurse told me to call my primary to get my meds refilled. Mind you, it's advised not to discontinue my medication because it can cause stroke or heart attack if not properly weened. Blood pressure medication."
