"Called to talk with a doctor about some issues I was having and the receptionist was extremely rude. Cutting me off, telling me they can't help me and hung up on me before helping me figure out a plan of action. Will not be using this office as they clearly do not care about helping their patients."

"An absolute nightmare of an OBGYN group. Have been having the same reoccurring issue for 5 months with 4 visits to nothing being solved. You can never get in with the same doctor so you end up having to see whoever’s available most of the time they don’t care to get to know your previous history at all. Twice on a visit the doctor told me they didn’t know because they haven’t looked at my chart… but was in the room with me offering tests. Feels like a constant bandaid with no solution, no compassion, no care and no sense of urgency. The first male doctor simply looked under a microscope which one my second visit the doctor said was “odd” because it’s not accurate to test for everything… their coworker? Every visit has left me with a $700 bill while still being on my parents great insurance and after my $50 copay. Today called to speak to the on call doctor - Dr. Joy Robinson Tidmore - because the same issue and she told me she doesn’t know me or my history and since she just got out of delivery I was out of luck… huh? Asked could she look at my chart and give me advice she said she’s in the car. Asked if she could look when she got a chance and called back she said no. I start to cry and ask so what should I do and again she said verbatim “I don’t know I just got out of delivery!” in an exclamatory tone? No regard for how I was feeling what so ever. First OBGYN office experience I had and as a young woman it scares me because is this what they’re all like? No doctors in this group should be caring for people"

"I can't speak for the doctors, but the mid- wives are Phenomenal!! I haven't had a single bad experience and they always listen and trust that I know if something isn't right for ME! They understand that every body is different and don't treat people from a 'text book perspective' as if we are all the same and should experience everything the same. Since my experiences here over the last 3 years, I will never go back to a regular ob doc. Midwives are the best!"

"I called earlier today to make an appt. As usual the receptionist is extremely rude. Telling me I should wait to come in. Umm... No this isn't normal. So I scheduled an appt and afterwards I was so livid by her rude manner I decided to get some feedback. I am now going to a different office with a different Dr. The bedside manner of most of the Drs. is absolutely horrible as well. Concord office may be ok but Mentor definitely is not and I refuse to be treated poorly by ANYONE. The lack of care n concern for patients is a low that they seem to pride themselves on. I will never return to either of your offices. You know how your patients are being treated by this one particular secretary. She had been rude n intolerable since she started working there n you haven't let her go yet. That just shows me you're more concerned about money over your patients wellbeing."
