"The service, communication and professionalism has been great for our first two visits. Was however unpleasantly surprised to discover the shot update & visit I was quoted on was not as expected once at the counter. I called prior and inquired about all services and costs, but a surprise additional fee for a stool screen charge (asked about prior) was an additional $40+ dollars, bringing the total to $186 vs the $149 I was quoted. There are cheaper options around (VetIQ, Tractor Supply) and I will explore some other less expensive options going forward as necessary."
