"I was in the market for getting ear impressions and all I did was Google “Audiologists Near Me” and although this place didn’t populate as the first choice, IT SHOULD! I had a list of 5-6 facilities to call and get quotes for impressions. This was the only facility that answered my call with genuine customer service, attention and care. I have Shannon to thank for that, so thank you Shannon! On top of that, when I arrived at the facility I was greeted by an incredibly friendly staff member by the name of Donna. I was a new patient and she made me feel like anything but that. More like an old friend stopping in to say hello! The Doctor on staff was incredibly friendly as well, and even had a student assistant by her side. It was nice to be a part of an educational experience. To top it all off, I was actually incorrectly quoted (wait for it….) so I was expecting to pay one thing and ended up paying less than A THIRD of what I had expected. $70 instead of $210. There was just some slight miscommunication, but the fact that I was still willing to pay that much for the service goes to show the sheer quality of this facility."
