"Despite what the unpopular opinions are, I give this place 5/5. On the reserve your spot list, I checked on my way at 8:10am and wait time given was 32mins. I was able to connect everything through MyChart also for test results. I got there and was seen in less than 20mins. Check in was fast. The nurse assistant and APRN McKenna were very friendly, thorough and helpful. I was out by 9:05. This was my first time going to this location and hats off to them both working with sick people all day just the two of them!"
"KEEP YOUR KIDS AWAY! The quality of care is low and the cost is high. A half hour visit cost nearly $500 and my daughter's injury was misdiagnosed as an infection. I tried to tell the doctor that she had been injured there in the past but he just wrote it off and went along with his misdiagnosis."
"I've come to this location for pre-surgery tests and most recently for treatment of a minor health issue, and have always received prompt, courteous, excellent service."
"Staff is so friendly, detailed, and caring. I came in twice (once for an adverse reaction to a medication and the other for a hand injury). Each visit I was seen promptly, check in was quick, waiting area and patient exam rooms were clean, and the providers were thorough but also didn't waste time getting me out in a reasonable amount of time for an urgent care visit. Thank you Mentor CCF urgent care team!"
"Before leaving home last night, I checked the website and it stated a 5 minute wait time. The woman behind the desk was patient and efficient. Three minutes later the nurse, Diane, called my name and took my vitals and information. She was polite and kind, with a sense of humor; especially unexpected as this was towards the end of a long day. Soon after Howard Schultz, PA-C, came into the room and diagnosed my rash, and determined it was not part of my second issue. He was as good of a listener as he was asking relevant questions, to reach a diagnosis. He seemed genuinely interested in solving my problems. PA Schultz ordered some tests which I'm following up on. Because of their overall caring and efficiency, this express clinic's service rates 5 stars."
